Ancillary Services

This policy governs the optional, value-added services provided through the BreezeStay platform.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Ancillary services such as Digital Rent Agreements, Home Services, and Financial Products are available for purchase only for bookings made and confirmed through the BreezeStay platform.
Each service has specific eligibility criteria (e.g., booking status must be 'ACTIVE' for certain home cleaning services) which must be met before check-out is allowed.
2. Service Fulfillment & Partners
Services are fulfilled directly by BreezeStay or through our verified third-party partners. Fulfillment timelines and processes are detailed on the specific service description page.
* Note: BreezeStay acts as a facilitator and is not the direct underwriter or provider for third-party home utility and financial services.
3. Payments & Billing
All ancillary services must be paid for in full before the service is rendered. Pricing is inclusive of all taxes unless specified otherwise. Invoices for ancillary services will be generated separately from your standard rental invoices.
4. Cancellations & Refund Rules
Cancellation and refund eligibility for ancillary services depend entirely on the service type and its current fulfillment stage. Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for explicit information.
5. Expected Service Timelines
Expected fulfillment timelines are shown on each service detail page. Delays due to partner availability, user non-response, or compliance verification checks may extend these timelines.
6. Regulatory Limitations
Ancillary services are optional add-ons and do not replace legal advice, tax consultation, insurance coverage policies, or statutory obligations existing between the host and renter.
If an ancillary service is delayed or disputed, raise a support ticket in your account.

BreezeStay is a brand name and technology facilitator operated by Jigyasu Singh Chouhan. It is currently in a pre-incorporation stage and is not a separate legal entity. These policies align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
