This page provides instructions for requesting the deletion of your personal data from the BreezeStay platform.

How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Send an Email
Send an email to support@breezestay.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email/phone and User ID (if available).
Option 2: Fill Out the Form Below
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we permanently delete:
- Account profile information (name, email, photo)
- User-uploaded content and listings
- Usage history and search queries
- Messages and communication data
- Device identifiers and notification preferences
Data That May Be Retained
For compliance, we may retain:
- Transaction records (for legal/tax compliance)
- Anonymized fraud and security logs
Retention Period:
- Up to 90 days for backup systems.
- Up to 180 days for legal compliance records.
Processing Timeline
Requests are processed within 7 working days. Identity verification is required before deletion. A confirmation email will be sent after the process is complete.
