How I built
BreezeStay.
India's rental market runs on brokers, cash deposits, and word-of-mouth trust. I built BreezeStay because renters and hosts deserved better than that — no brokerage, no middlemen, every listing verified before it ever goes live.
I built the platform myself, end to end — the booking engine, manual-payment verification flow, KYC pipeline, dispute mediation tools, and a real-time chat system between hosts and renters — on a modern Next.js and PostgreSQL stack. I paired hands-on engineering with AI-assisted development to move fast without cutting corners on security or DPDP compliance.
Every feature got built the same way: ship it, watch how real renters and hosts use it, then rebuild the parts that don't hold up. That's still how BreezeStay grows today — one verified listing and one resolved dispute at a time.
