This Leave and License agreement is made and entered into at Ahmedabad on this 1 June 2026, by and between the Licensor, Rahul Sharma, (hereinafter referred to as the owner/Licensor), and the Licensee, Jigyasu Singh, (hereinafter referred to as the tenant/Licensee).

WHEREAS the Licensor is the absolute owner of the premises situated at:
Flat 402, Shivalik Residency, Satellite, Ahmedabad

AND WHEREAS the Licensee has requested the Licensor to grant a license to occupy and use the premises for residential purposes only, for a fixed period of 11 months starting from 1 June 2026.

TERM AND CONSIDERATION

1. The Licensee shall pay to the Licensor a monthly license fee (rent) of ₹18,000 on or before the 5th day of every calendar month.
2. The Licensee has deposited a security deposit of ₹36,000 with the Licensor. This interest-free deposit is fully refundable at the time of vacant possession.
3. The Licensee agrees to pay all electrical, water, and society maintenance bills directly during the licensing tenure.
