Do I really pay zero brokerage?
Yes. BreezeStay charges a one-time platform fee of ₹399 (KYC verified) or ₹649 (not verified) per booking. There is no broker commission — you deal directly with the property owner, and rent is paid straight to them.
What is the minimum rental period?
Minimum 15 days for shared rooms and hostels. Minimum 30 days for private flats, 1BHK, and 2BHK apartments.
How are security deposit disputes handled?
We recommend renters document the property's condition themselves at move-in and move-out (photos/videos) for their own records. If a host wants to deduct from your deposit, they must raise it with BreezeStay support along with evidence — our team reviews both sides and decides. This is an internal review, not an automated audit or independent arbitration.
Can I get rent receipts for HRA tax claims?
You can download rent receipts from your account for bookings made through BreezeStay, to support your HRA tax claim.
What if the property doesn't match the listing?
