Transparent withdrawal rules designed to protect both the Renter's capital and the Host's inventory availability.
1. Statutory E-Commerce Compliance
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, BreezeStay explicitly provides transparent booking cancellation windows.
Our intent is structural fairness: avoiding predatory penalties for renters while respecting the inventory lockdown and holding costs incurred by hosts.
2. The Withdrawal Timeline
Before admin verifies payment proof and locks active property inventory.
Penalty: Zero deduction. Complete payment reversal within standard banking SLA.
After billing confirmation has locked check-in dates for the renter.
Penalty: Host may forfeit up to 50% Advance Rent. Security deposit must be refunded in full.
3. Host-Originated Cancellations
Our platform strictly penalizes Hosts who unexpectedly withdraw or cancel confirmed bookings prior to check-in.
If a Host causes the cancellation, the Renter is entitled to a 100% refund from the Host. The Host incurs a severe platform penalty up to permanent ban from BreezeStay.
To execute a cancellation, navigate to your Active Bookings within the Command Center.
Statutory India Compliance Disclosure
BreezeStay is a brand name and technology facilitator operated by Jigyasu Singh Chouhan. It is currently in a pre-incorporation stage and is not a separate legal entity. These policies align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
